Services - Daycare consultations
for teachers and directors
Daycare consultations are a service requested either by the daycare or
family. The consultation begins with discussion with the daycare staff
about the child or situation. The next step is observation of the child
or situation and review of relevant reports. The developmental
specialist then gives ideas and activities to enhance the
child’s development and/or current behavior, or improve a
situation if needed. This service is already included for children
receiving developmental intervention services at their daycare.
In addition to consultations, we can provide workshops to your parents
and/or staff on a variety of developmental or special education topics.
We offer one time as well as recurrent contracts for daycare
consultations. Please
